Privacy policy

Discretion is our product. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.

1. What we collect

Account data: your alias, email address, role, city, and profile content you choose to provide. We never require your legal name for standard membership.

Verification data: material submitted for verification is reviewed by trained staff, used solely to confirm adulthood and authenticity, and is not displayed publicly.

Usage data: messages, tribute records and limit settings necessary to operate the platform and enforce its safety systems.

2. What we never do

We do not sell member data. We do not index member profiles in public search. We do not display real names, and we do not share your information with other members beyond what your profile settings expose.

3. Messages and tribute records

Private messages and tribute confirmations are stored to operate the service and to preserve evidence in the event of a safety report. They are not used for advertising, profiling or training.

4. When we disclose

We disclose member data only when required by Australian law — for example, in response to a valid court order or to report suspected crimes such as blackmail or exploitation to police.

5. Your controls

You may export or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, messages and tribute records within 30 days, except where records must be retained for an active investigation or legal obligation.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted with providers meeting Australian data-handling expectations, and access is restricted to staff with a genuine operational need.
